Starmen on Sunset is the turbulent true story of Zolar X - a Los Angeles band who in the glitter rock 1970’s created and lived alternate identities. Although they created a stunning visual reality and their music was "ahead of their time" they crashed and burned after the punk era, then rose from the ashes over 2 decades later. Now, in the 21st century the band and interviewees tell an incredible tale of hard knocks and self-rediscovery. The film's release has been delayed, pending the release of former frontman Zory Zenith [George William Myers] in May 2012.
